Well, I went to see a new doctor today. The usual...bloodwork, etc. Good news is I'm healthy and have lost 7lbs.
This doctor went one step further in suggesting how to manage my cholesterol and get to a healthy weight. He wants me to lose weight. He's suggesting I switch to a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Here I am again.
He wants me to get more exercise too (obviously). So I'm going to either walk, practice Wholy Fit devotional exercise, or go to the YMCA in Grandville when it opens in August.
One day at a time, right?
